1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions relate to Jasmin Alice Bryan trading as new-daddy.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as Us/We) and by using the new-daddy.co.uk website (the Site), you agree with and accept these Terms and Conditions. 1.2 If at any time We do not exercise all Our rights under these terms and conditions, this will not prevent Us from later doing so.

We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings, and any orders placed by you, and any product specifications and product availability appearing on the Site are subject to confirmation by, and the terms and conditions (including the returns policy) of the third party.
2.3 Any complaints from you including, but not limited to, those complaints regarding the goods and/or services purchased, issues relating to damage of goods, returns and refunds are solely the third party's responsibility.

A waiver by Us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
8. Severability
8.1 If any of these Terms and Conditions are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
